Chapter 28- "No that looks ridiculous on you take it off." Tori was making me try on the most high-end fashion outfits that I would never even think to look at while shopping. First she made me try on a sundress but when I put it on I felt like I was wearing a trash-bag. Then she made me try on a skirt, but the skirt ended up being so short I would get arrested for prostitution or something walking around in public in it. She also made me try on a simple jeans and shirt ensemble. This she decided had already been done and would not be done again. I rolled my eyes every time I saw her gaze at something and imagine to herself what it would look like on me. Even though most of the clothes fit me, she refused to accept anything to be the outfit I would be in tomorrow. I really didn't care what I wore just as long as I looked good. Yah, I know looks aren't everything, but I really wanted to get a reaction from Nick when he saw me. All I ever wanted was for a guy I liked to look at me and say "Wow." This was my chance to get that reaction. Then I remembered something, how was I going to pay for my new and improved look? "Don't worry about the prices hun, just look for something that catches your eye." "But Tor, how the hell am I supposed to afford any of this stuff.
